The whole journey, as text9 steps

Describe a task in your own words and Task4Task’s AI turns it into a structured task. You review and publish it, compare proposals, hire, and follow it to completion.

  1. 01 DescribeHiring

Say it the way you would say it to a person.

No categories to pick first. In the app you speak or type what you need, in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, and Task4Task’s AI turns it into a structured task. Here you can type, or play a sample voice note.

  2. 02 AI reviewHiring

AI turns the request into a structured task, and asks about what is missing.

Every field traces back to the words it came from. What was uncertain is marked, and what was left out becomes a question — 4 of them here. In the app these fields fill a seven-step task wizard that autosaves. You review and edit it, AI reviews the content, and you decide whether to publish. AI never publishes on its own.

  3. 03 PublishBoth sides

Published to the people who can do it.

The task goes out to Getting Work, where people with the right skills near Islamabad can find it. On the left, your task. On the right, the same task in a worker’s feed.

  4. 04 ProposalsHiring

Proposals arrive from 2 people who can do it.

Each proposal says what it costs, when, and why this person. Open a profile, or message someone before you hire them. Then choose one.

  5. 05 ContractBoth sides

The accepted proposal becomes a contract.

Price, schedule, place and scope are written down where both sides can see them. From here the contract guides both sides through the work, step by step.

  6. 06 On the wayBoth sides

One side navigates. The other follows, then confirms arrival.

Directions open in Google Maps, while Task4Task coordinates the task and shares the worker’s live location with the hirer during the journey. When the worker arrives, the hirer confirms it.

  7. 07 MessagesBoth sides

    Messages live inside the contract.

Conversation is attached to the task, so it never loses its context. Status changes appear in the thread as they happen: who set off, who arrived, what was submitted.

  8. 08 CompleteHiring

The job is complete when the hirer approves it.

The worker marks the work done; the hirer approves it. If the two sides can’t agree, the job can go to a dispute.

  9. 09 ReviewsHiring

After the job, both sides leave a review.

Reviews happen after a job, and reputation is kept in two parts: how someone is to hire for, and how someone is as a hirer. Each review lands on the right side of the profile.
