The whole journey, as text7 steps

Offer what you can do in return for what you need. AI helps structure the need and the offer; people choose the exchange, agree it, deliver both sides and complete it.

  1. 01 DescribeHiring

Say it the way you would say it to a person.

No categories to pick first. In the app you speak or type what you need, in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, and Task4Task’s AI turns it into a structured task. Here you can type, or play a sample voice note.

  2. 02 AI reviewHiring

AI turns the request into a structured task, and asks about what is missing.

AI structures both sides: what you need, and what you offer. Every field traces back to the words it came from. What was uncertain is marked, and what was left out becomes a question — 3 of them here. In the app these fields fill a seven-step task wizard that autosaves. You review and edit it, AI reviews the content, and you decide whether to publish. AI never publishes on its own.

  3. 03 MatchHiring

Find someone whose need is your skill.

A skill exchange needs two things to line up: they can do what you need, and they want what you offer. AI helped structure your need and your offer; which exchange to accept is your decision.

  4. 04 ContractBoth sides

The exchange becomes a contract with two sides.

Each side’s work is written down as the other side’s payment. Both deliverables, both schedules, one agreement. The contract is what both people come back to.

  5. 05 Both deliverBoth sides

Both sides deliver, and both sides track it.

In an exchange each person is hirer and worker at once. The contract tracks two deliverables, each with its own progress.

  6. 06 CompleteBoth sides

The job is complete when the hirer approves it.

In an exchange each side is a hirer for the other’s work, so each side approves what it received.

  7. 07 ReviewsHiring

After the job, both sides leave a review.

Reviews happen after a job, and reputation is kept in two parts: how someone is to hire for, and how someone is as a hirer. Each review lands on the right side of the profile.
